The Gunners will spend the week in Marbella in a bid to "hit the ground running ahead of the new season," according to the . Players are urged to work hard but can also spend time with their families, with Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Jesus and Thomas Partey expected to join the group shortly. It's a move Arteta has employed before, albeit with the whole squad involved, notably in the middle of last season when they flew out to Dubai for a training camp.
